FEDIC GOLD 2009 - GOLD FEDIC
01 – La FEDIC promuove ed organizza il Concorso Cinematografico “FEDIC d'ORO”. Il Concorso si avvale della collaborazione dei Festival e dei Cineclub inseriti nel circuito del “Premio Fedic”.
02 – Ogni Festival, in totale autonomia, assegnerà il suo “Premio Fedic” , comunicandolo alla Commissione “Fedic d’Oro” entro 15 giorni dal termine della manifestazione.
03 – Oltre alla sezione adulti, è stata istituita la sezione scuola alla quale possono partecipare i Festival e i Concorsi rivolti agli Istituti scolastici di ogni ordine e grado.
Il Premio Fedic scuola sarà assegnato all’opera ritenuta più meritevole tra quelle realizzate con la collaborazione di soci e/o Cineclub Fedic.
04 – I Soci Fedic possono partecipare anche a tutti i “Premi Fedic”, attenendosi alle disposizioni dei rispettivi regolamenti, con le seguenti norme generali: a) la durata non deve essere superiore a 20' . b) la data di produzione dell'opera deve essere compatibile con quanto prescritto dal singolo festival c) le opere possono essere di qualsiasi genere e/o categoria. d) le opere devono essere in regola per quanto concerne le normative SIAE. e) l’iscrizione è gratuita.
05 - Il “Fedic d’Oro” is coordinated by a Board that currently consists of Gianluca Castellini and Roberto Merlin, but is likely to extend, subject to availability, which is manifested. The jury is composed of members of the Film Circuit.
06 - After the last Festival in the program, the Commission will make a DVD with the various winners of the Prize Fedic "and" Award Fedic school. "
07 - Film Each member will assign a rating from 1 to 5 (votes allowed the media) to each finalist film and circulated to the Commission within 15 days of receipt of the DVD. The film club film finalists who do not have to vote for your film.
08 - The Commission, added the votes received, will draw up the final standings, will prepare its report and will hold the closing ceremony.
09 - The winner of the 2nd FEDIC GOLD will be assigned a work of art.
10 - winner of the opera FEDIC GOLD SCHOOL will be awarded a special prize.
11 - The winner of the Golden Fedic will be part of "Special Selection", the other works of the "Special Selection" will be chosen from among the finalists for the Golden Fedic Fedic and gold school Rolf Mandolesi, which is solely Fedic of in the manner and with the criteria that it deems appropriate (using a panel of experts, etc.).
12 - Each member of the Festival-Fedic "Fedic Golden and Golden Fedic school, help with the costs of an intervention € 50.00. Each member of the Film-Fedic Fedic gold and gold Fedic school, help with the costs of an intervention € 20.00. The Film Festival organizers had already intervened with € 50.00, are not required to pay a membership fee of € 20.00. The members of the Festival Fedic gold and gold Fedic school are not required to pay additional fees.
13 - The Commission may at any time suspend or cancel the "Golden Fedic", if it considers necessary, upon return of stakes versate.14 - By entering the Prize Fedic ", the" Golden Fedic "and the" golden Fedic school, "each author authorizes the use of personal data (law 675/96 ) contained in the works and complementary material allows the storage host at the Festival, the Film and the Film Fedic participants, with possible use for projections, events, broadcasts, etc.. for cultural and non-profit (unless otherwise specified in the entry form) Entry implies acceptance of the stated conditions.
