Piano Programmatico e dichiarazione d’intenti

Obiettivo fondamentale e primario che intendiamo conseguire riguarda il rinnovamento assoluto delle logiche di gestione dell’Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti dimostrando a tutti gli iscritti che l’incarico di Consigliere dell’Ordine deve essere concepito solo ed esclusivamente quale spirito di servizio, con il loro pieno coinvolgimento e tale da far comprendere a tutti i Colleghi che l’”Istituzione” non può e non deve essere percepita in maniera astratta e lontana. 1. TRASPARENZA DELLA GESTIONE CONSILIARE

Nasce dall’esigenza di trasferire a all my colleagues and the work of the Council will share the operational choices, involving them actively in the life ordinistica. 2. PROTECTION IN THE TERRITORY OF THE PROFESSION

3. REBIRTH OF THE SPIRIT OF CATEGORY

This principle comes from the observation of a general impoverishment of consciences and a widespread disinterest in the problems of the class. The participation of colleagues to the problems must be a right and duty of each of us and only a participatory spirit can give new life to a common sense of our belonging to this category.

The operational actions individuate per rendere concreto detto principio sono:

§ Question-Time Consiglio I tin erante: laddove richiesto da almeno 20 colleghi appartenenti ad una qualunque zona della provincia, il Consiglio si riunirà presso sedi temporanee per recepire e rispondere alle istanze dei colleghi.

§ Congresso Generale: con cadenza annuale il Consiglio andrà a convocare un Congresso Generale per dare conto dell’operato svolto, discutere delle problematiche general (eg pension funds unification, reform profession etc..) and give voice to all members of the basis for any proposal.

§ Establishment of policies of solidarity with colleagues affected by high severity events with the simultaneous creation of a solidarity fund .

4. CAREER

5. PROMOZIONE E VALORIZZAZIONE SUL TERRITORIO DELLA FIGURA DEL DOTTORE COMMERCIALISTA


Tale principio nasce dalla necessità di dare valore al ruolo sociale svolto dal dottore commercialista in un territorio che registra un enorme numero di abusivi e in un momento storico in cui il potere legislativo cerca di legittimare e attribuire funzioni proprie del nostro Ordine ad Associazioni non riconosciute. La promozione dell’immagine dei Dottori Commercialisti deve essere, quindi, tesa a far percepire all’esterno la professionalità e la qualità del servizio reso dagli appartenenti alla categoria e a dis tin guerla dall’operato dei soggetti abusivi e da quello delle Associazioni di fantomatici esperti delle materie contabili.

Le azioni operative individuate per rendere concreta l’efficacia external communication are:

6. VALORIZZAZIONE DEL TIROCINIO PROFESSIONALE

Attualmente sono iscritti al registro dei Praticanti circa 950 giovani che in pochi anni diventeranno dei colleghi. I praticanti rappresentano il futuro della professione ed è per questo che l’Ordine deve investire su di loro valorizzandone le professionalità e scoraggiando il fenomeno del falso praticantato attraverso:
